The location and design of the place are very nice, but the management and staff are insufficient.we made a reservation for an evening meeting for about 30 people 1 week in advance,we called and confirmed it by phone 1 day in advance.But when we went to the place, they stated that they had no information, they tried to arrange a table quickly.Somehow the tables were set, the guests arrived, of course, the chair was not enough, 1 employee said we can't bring a chair from inside, the responsible Lady Derya tried to help as much as she could.the food came, the cutlery services came from behind, when an additional order was placed, after a while we were told that we could not catch up with you, we stopped ordering other tables... Unfortunately, the business does not have enough staff and kitchen.we wanted to order a cake for our guest's birthday, when we were given a price of 3 thousand TL, we wanted to buy a cake from outside, and they were not accepted.we had to cut 1 slice of cake, the business said that it served the cake while the account was being paid, okay, thank you, but a pleasant meeting officially turned into stress for us.Maybe it's okay if you go alone, but if you want to go crowded, I'd say prefer not.
