A great place when you want delicious, fast and without pathos. The coffee here is simply incomparable — it would be worth starting every morning with this. Poached eggs are made perfectly: tender, fluid, without water. Brioche and croissants were very pleased with the pastries — fresh, buttery, as it should be. Cheesecakes are also very decent, dense and not dry. And there's also their signature pinsa, which is delicious, even if you call it something else. The service is good, you can feel the skill of the waiters: quickly, carefully, with a smile. The room is cozy and atmospheric — you can sit quietly and take your time, even in the buffet format. I will definitely come back when I am in Minsk again.

It's a great place! We tried big breakfasts right in the heart 1 time and then we didn't want to have breakfast in other places anymore. Very tasty cherry bumble, I tried it here for the first time. The staff is smiling, pleasant, everything is top notch, thank you very much. We will be glad to come back here. Pizzas are a separate delight, especially with tartare. Juicy, satisfying, absolutely not greasy. The interior is beautiful, comfortable sofas, a spacious bathroom. Lots of colors, which makes the atmosphere very cozy.

There are two friendly girls working. Cocktails are pleasant, but there is little choice. In my experience, order a pinsa. In the evening, if there are a lot of people, then the waiting for dishes will be delayed, since the cook cannot cook everything quickly at once. Very tasty desserts. We went here for breakfast. The place is small, but even with a small load, they waited a long time for service. The dish was very different from what was shown on Instagram (orange-truffle Benedict, there was 5 times less sauce), there was very little fish and dried tomatoes at the big Norwegian breakfast. Nice interior, great choice of music, but what about pasta?(The prices are Moscow, but the pasta for that kind of money is just terrible. Fill the whole plate with half a mushroom, a little bit of chicken and 0 sauce and parmesan cheese. It's very bland and tasteless. Pizza is normal. They also forgot about the beer, they brought it at the very end. There is a lovely girl working, but she works alone (+ a girl in the kitchen), so the waiting time is increased. I ordered four cheeses for pince, expecting to receive exactly what is indicated in the description, namely cheeses, tomatoes and pine nuts, but they brought me something sweet and without nuts. As it turned out, the waitress found out about this by accident precisely because of my question (shouldn't she be warned?) where, in fact, are the nuts that the recipe has suddenly changed, and the test menu has not yet been reprinted (I attach the physical menu and online - nothing has changed so far). Now it's not a cheese paste, but a sweet mess due to the addition of pear syrup instead of nuts. If I had been warned, I would have taken it with a different unsweetened flavor. This is not a budget dish, and the waitress did not offer any compensation, at least as a free tea (which, by the way, also tasted like it had been brewed several times before), just ran away from the table. Well, she was asked to remove the arugula from the other pinsa, which she did not give to the cook. I am extremely disappointed with this institution.

An institution that surprised us! At first, we just saw this food on the maps, saw that the rating was high and went. The feeling that you have been saved as much as possible, at average prices. I was hungry, and I left hungry. 1) The food is terrible. We ordered pasta, salad and Borscht. Borscht was served without sour cream (it is without meat). No pampushka or basic bread was served. Moreover, they ran out of sour cream an hour before the end of Lunch. The waitress didn't warn me about it, as if that was the right thing to do. Pasta with mushrooms and chicken (from the main menu). There were 7 thin slices of champignons and 8 equally thin slices of chicken. The chicken is very salty. Spaghetti is clearly the cheapest. They were overcooked, the sauce was peppered (and this is taking into account the fact that I like spicy food). I couldn't eat it, although I tried because I was very hungry. The shrimp and avocado salad was the same-no problem. 4 fried tasteless shrimps (with husks in places), 4 squares of tomatoes (and this is in a season when vegetables are not like airplane wings), a bunch of lettuce leaves all floating in a tasteless mayonnaise dressing. One of the advantages of this salad is avocado. I was really lucky, the avocado turned out to be ripe and soft. That's all. 2) Maintenance. Very mediocre. The devices were simply thrown into a pile, the container itself, where the devices lie with some kind of brown garbage. We still didn't understand what it was. They asked to bring ice to cool the drinks. It was brought in a glass. How to apply it - with your hands. A spoon? No, you haven't. By the way, the waitress doesn't pour the drinks themselves. He just puts the bottle on the table. We were here for the first and last time. We recommend paying attention to the kitchen and the service. Minsk is full of really good places in your price range.
