We visited this institution with our esteemed Minsk friends on 08/24/2025 at about 18:53. The visit, which was supposed to be a pleasant start to the evening, turned out to be a complete disappointment and disgust. Everything was ruined by one barista employee (blonde hair, extended eyelashes). From the very beginning, her behavior was openly passive-aggressive. It seemed that we were distracting her from something very important with our order. She answered simple questions about drinks with a heavy sigh and a look as if we had just asked her about the meaning of life. But the culmination of this "circus" was the FINAL PRODUCT. A DARK HAIR was found in one of the ordered drinks, which clearly did not belong to anyone from our company. The photo is attached. Just the thought of it being in your mouth makes you physically ill.

The cozy interior is perhaps the only positive thing. Unfortunately, because of the girl who worked on 07/26, we were unable to try the waffles. We ordered a chocolate waffle with chocolate cream, but she made it with white cream. To our question about the reasons, she replied that the composition should be white cream, although the menu indicates otherwise. When accepting the order, she did not warn us about this. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is important how conflict situations are resolved. The girl reacted with displeasure and did not offer any solutions to the problem. Perhaps the food there is delicious, but after such an incident, I do not want to return.
