The hotel is magnificent! Cleaning, change of towels every day,the breakfasts are very tasty, cleanliness everywhere,no unnecessary insects,new furniture, linen too. We lived on the third floor in room 327 with a view of the pool, a very nice room in the second building away from the road. Air conditioning,hairdryer,shower gel,shampoo,soap,toilet paper,kettle (tea,coffee, water is added every day),beach towels,large beach bag,clothes dryer is in the room. There are not enough drawers and cupboards, but the hangers themselves (hangers for clothes) are multifunctional. The balconies were combined with the neighbors, but everything was quiet and peaceful in our presence. In addition to two beds, a sofa as an extra. a sleeping place. There is no elevator in the hotel. Two buildings. The pool is very cool! Clean, with massage elements and a water bar. The ground floor has direct access to the pool. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but everyone understands each other. It's a very cozy place, Karon beach is 15 minutes away.There is a 7-ELEVEN on the way to the beach, but it is very small, there are always a lot of people there. There is also a cheaper shop for locals, if you turn right from the hotel, after a large Metro-type Macro store. This way you can walk to the market and Kata beach. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Royal Pharmacy and Pearl Gallery, ask for a guide. If we come again, most likely to the same hotel. Thanks to the staff and chefs!

Baking is not bad. Mashed potato soup. Sausages and ham. Pasta, rice with chicken (in the form of small pieces). It's always the same almost. The staff is helpful. We communicated through a translator on the phone. Parking for 3 cars (you can put 4). We always had a rented car (we had a vacation in February 26). There were not enough shelves in the room to accommodate clothes (there are no closets, only a crossbar with hangers and a shelf above it; and also a table with a shelf and a drawer). The soap is only a very small piece (and it wasn't always put on, although we didn't ask for it, it was our own). There is gel and shampoo in the shower (always full). The child often splashed in the pool in the evenings (fortunately, you can watch from the window). Quiet, cozy.
