We stayed at this hotel for the first time, although it was not the first time in Thailand and we were very worried that it would not be worse than in previous years. At first, we were upset that we got a small standard room with no window.. Two days later, we managed to move to another standard room after the departure of the previous guests. And our vacation began to sparkle with new bright colors. The room was great. Fortunately, the worries were in vain. The hotel is beyond praise. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were offered a refreshing cocktail as a compliment.. It was nice. What I really liked was that the hotel does not take any deposits, that is, full credit to the guest, there were no fraudulent schemes to extort money from deposits, as they complain about other hotels. No theft was noticed. The hotel is very clean, cleaning is regular, there are no complaints about the quality of room cleaning, linen and towels are changed daily. Daily hygiene supplies are provided. The breakfasts are excellent. You can always choose something., three types of fruits were present daily. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a small well-maintained territory, which is constantly monitored, watered, and improved. On the day of departure, our flight was delayed by 15 hours. The hotel staff kindly and without any problems allowed free access to the hotel and use the hotel's infrastructure. We left our things at the reception, walked around the city, had a massage, and then lay down on the sun loungers by the pool to relax and wait for the transfer to the airport. It was possible to use the shower and toilet, which were spotlessly clean. I would love to return to this hotel more than once. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome. I want to give advice to other future guests, never swear or raise your voice in Thailand. All issues should be handled politely and reasonably. We love this place. We stayed here twice. Very beautiful. Moderately private. This is the southern edge of Patong Beach, so it's not crowded. Nevertheless, the Malin Plaza market is nearby. - 5 minutes, Bangla Road - 12-15 minutes The hotel itself is clean. Great pool. Very good varied breakfasts. The staff are sweethearts!
