The staff did not try to correct their mistakes. Breakfast was poor, there was no milk or butter on days 3 and 4, and the staff said it was over, even though there was a grocery store next to the hotel. Breakfast is always the same. The kettle-boiler was with black mold inside, they took it away to wash, but they just rinsed it and brought it. I washed it myself before boiling the water for tea. The soap doesn't wash at all and it smells terrible, so we bought ourselves another soap. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. They didn't try to explain properly that they had to pay 40 manats for breakfast, for a period that was not included in the room reserve. Since we had just arrived, it was night and we were under the impression, and the staff spoke neither English nor Russian, we did not understand what they meant, thinking that it was a payment for extra hours that did not apply to room reservations. But as soon as we had breakfast, they had already thoroughly explained to us what kind of breakfast it was. We tried very hard. If we had known, we would not have had breakfast at the hotel, given that breakfast is meager. Breakfast: tea, cheese, cheese, sausage, bread, eggs, semolina porridge (the first two days), jam, milk, juices, sausages (for 2-3 people, who had time, he ate), butter (the first two days), honey, condensed milk, fruit - apples, banana (the first two days), orange (the first two days) In general, it seems like a lot of everything, but the quantity is small. The free transfer to the airport is listed in the booking, but in the end they asked for $ 20. As a result, they called a taxi themselves. Location. Everything is nearby - bus stop, attractions. Cleaning every day. The staff periodically complied with our requests. The hair dryer works well.

Yes, breakfast is a little weak. Very good in terms of price and location. The hotel is about 10 years old. The exterior facade has been restored to the appearance of an old building with a unique style. And the duvet covers are not dirty, as they say. 500 mt to each ridge of the city.
