Awful. Initially, she came with a request to make me bangs. The master did it, I see — everything is beautiful, normal. They called the price 55 for washing my hair and not making a fuss (the price I was initially told was 20). I think: okay. I come home, look in the mirror — the front strands are different, the bangs are short, absolutely not what I wanted. Horror.
