We rested here for 2 days. We were very satisfied with the hotel itself. The hotel is clean, cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The pool is perfectly clean, the rooms are also immaculately clean: snow-white bed linen, towels, bathrobes. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, and supplies are replenished daily. The territory is very well maintained: beautiful trees, flowers, cozy gazebos for relaxation. The staff is polite and helpful — everyone is ready to help. I would also like to mention the presence of an electric car charging station, which is a big plus for me. The only negative is the restaurant. The breakfast menu is quite modest, and the lunches and dinners, unfortunately, were not impressive. I would rate the kitchen at about 5 out of 10. If you refine the menu and the quality of the dishes a little, then this hotel can be called almost ideal.

We had a holiday on March 8th. We booked through the all inclusive website)) The gala dinner was terrible. There was no place and no one could help us with that. The breakfasts are delicious. There was almost nothing on the menu for dinner. The service is terrible. You can't find a responsible person. Before leaving, they got to the bottom of it and asked to pay a fine that the bathrobe was stained with foundation. The top five is only for the location and the beautiful view of the mountains.

Very poor service! My little child and I couldn't leave because we were accused of stealing one towel that wasn't there in the first place. I opened all the bags myself, I knew they needed to make sure, and then they just said with sour faces, "You're free to go." We have not received any apologies for the inconvenience. Moreover, there are very few seats in the restaurant, there is a covered terrace, but it is cold. The indoor pool is cold. At the entrance, there was a man sitting at the reception who couldn't even smile. I understand that maybe he doesn't have to, but it's five stars, as they say. And that's not five stars at all! In a word, we won't be going back there anymore.
