It's a lovely hotel. We were on New Year's Eve. From December 27th to January 6th. Rooms with lake views and balconies are great! A gorgeous refrigerator, a lot of food is included, as the hotel is without food. There is a good khachapurnaya nearby. The rooms are warm, the air conditioner blows on the heat in winter, there is also a cannon in the room, but we had enough air conditioning. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is pleasantly warm, which is very important in winter. Good location of the hotel. Excellent administrators. I recommend.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, the management is always helpful. The rooms are new and clean, the interior is modern, and the location near the lake is fabulous. Across the street you will see a beautiful beach and a clear sea, and in the morning it is pleasant to take a walk and breathe the air.

We checked into the hotel on December 31, 2024, early in the morning. We were immediately provided with a room, as it was free and did not wait for check-in until 2 o'clock, for which we are very grateful. The staff is very polite, ready to help with any question! The rooms have everything: toothbrushes and pastes, personal washcloths, gels, shampoos, soaps, everything smells delicious, slippers and bathrobes, even shaving accessories! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!!! There is a huge TV in the room! Extremely beautiful view from the window! There are mountains, the sea, and a pond with black swans. Another pleasant bonus was the compliment from the hotel - a bottle of champagne and tangerines for the New Year! Thank you, we are very grateful! It was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise! Frankly, this is the first time we've seen such customer care!
