A wonderful quiet place, lots of leisure options, volleyball. Riding a bun, on a boat, 🚤. Fishing. Kebabs, together with neighboring cottages in general. Clear. The bottom is sandy, but in some places there are shells, so swim in flip-flops and take care of your legs. We had a refrigerator + stove + kettle+ barbecue+ 2 tables and chairs in the cottage. Of course, there are not many dishes, we mostly brought everything of our own and a bed, blankets, dishes, GROCERIES WITH US AND MORE+WATER, there is no drinking water. The cafe prices, well... They are close to the airport. It is clear that it is far from the shops, that's the price. The Council Take a cottage with a shower and toilet inside the house It's not the weather, snakes... The Ayuda campsite is located in a wonderful location! Many of the cabins at the campsite are from Soviet times..Beds with panser mesh, kitchen utensils, as if they were going to go home, are generally tolerable for those who like minimal comfort. Of course, the nature here is great!!!

From the middle of summer to the end of the season, the water is very warm. The base has very fresh and cozy houses. There is a shop, a medical center, a small cafe. In the evening, a disco with a dance floor on the shore with a beautiful mountain view. The purest mountain air, although the water is fresh, is also quite clean. It is advisable to take food with you for the whole vacation, the shop is too meager for excesses on site. They can bring something to order. There is a ferry boat. The place is far from civilization.

The curtain is dirty, water partially flows onto the floor, as it is not completely fenced. The toilet is leaking, the shower is damp, and it smells constantly. In the kitchen, a pipe is also leaking, and runs into the closet. The dishes and accessories were all there, the beds were average, the mattresses were terrible, the wires were sticking out, I had to lay blankets so that it would not be so hard. There was television. The water is just terrible, rusty runs, and stinks, I thought from the boiler, well, no, from their well, I couldn't even wash my hands and dishes, I washed the children myself in the river. For another 2 days, the lights were turned off intermittently, and when there is no light, respectively, there is no water, when they began to find out from the administration about the water, first we were sent to an artesian spring, well, there is also technical water. As a result, all the children went, all had diarrhea and vomiting!For 3 days, they had a medical center on their territory, I turned to them, there was nothing for kids, there was one pack of Levomycetin for adults. Only the sorbents were brought in 1 day, and then after they made a fuss. If you think that the water was bad only for us, it is not so, my brother was vacationing with us, on the same dates house A10, they have the same water, and the children also went. The neighboring 3 houses were also poisoned, and when all the neighbors made a fuss, and we spent more than 20 thousand on bottled water, they finally began to bring us water, for a family of 1 * 5 liters of baklash, and 2 bottles from their well. Well, it's been the last 2 days. Compensation was not made. There is no cleaning in the rooms. When there was no light, they had to cook over a campfire, they didn't even offer food. We went to eat in a cafe, dinner was 4000 tenge per person, there were 5 of us, so they also took 10% of the service. By the way, the dinner is so-so, the old Soviet dining room, the doors are not closed, mosquitoes, midges and moths have swooped in. Upon departure, we had to take the bed to the warehouse, the warehouse is 1 km from our house, when we came to take the house, we were forced to wash the dishes after ourselves, otherwise we would not accept. The territory is not equipped, the roads are wooded, with stones, there is no lighting, there are no playgrounds. The only passage to the store was flooded back in the spring, and people wade through the water above their knees to get to the only store. We made a pass at the exit, and by the way, it was the middle of the season! From all of the above, I would like to say that there is beautiful nature there, and the service is zero! it was just as well to live in a tent in the mountains, and not to take 40,000 tenge for a house. It is necessary to send SES to them to check the water, the media and everyone, so that they first set up everything as it should be for people, and then they accepted vacationers.

Am I saying this like that?!!! Did you manage to abandon the last house??! If I contacted you a few months ago, I wrote to remind you, I was waiting for the booking day to have priority in choosing. And then they call on some kind of residual principle and say here's less than a day for you until 24.03 until 15 o'clock we are waiting for the receipt.… and the admin also asks at the moment when I wrote that we want to stay for two weeks (have you seen the prices??) I couldn't even resist writing, laughing, that you yourself set the prices that are dear to you?!) this is what you can put more prices on..and even be in the state you are in. But at least start communicating respectfully with your customers. It's not like I'm straining and feeling neglected.
