The hotel is in the middle price category.There is a luxury marine building on the beach and there is a budget without food. Sukhum embankment walked 3km on foot. The rooms are standard and match the price.We're going a second time. The second coastline, through an underpass. The sea is transparent nearby in 5 minutes. Buffet meals. It was varied, and there were even dumplings with cheese. Tea bags. Coffee resembles chicory. Milk. Compote.But there are few fruits. Baking is not enough. There were pancakes.Air conditioning in the dining room. We took a taxi 3000r to the hotel from the border in 2.5 hours. There is a transfer from the hotel for 1750 rubles per person.The market is small 1.5km. Grocery and mini shops are available at the hotel.Sun beds on the beach are free of charge. There is music on the beach and there is a rental service. Large pebbles. It is more comfortable to enter with sea slaps. There are 2 cafes on site and live music in the evening.The territory is small and green with huge pine trees and there are many plants with signs, there are two fountains, pheasants and turkeys walk around the territory.

My July vacation in the Marine Corps was great! A dream has come true - the Italian-style rooms by the sea, polite and kind attitude, the location of the hotel near the beloved Sukhum and not far from the airport! We were lucky with the weather - the sea is +27 (you left the building and enjoy the beautiful views of the coast swimming for an hour or more)! Near the Mocha beach, a gorgeous park, we add delicious food in cafes and restaurants and get everything we wanted!)) Endless gratitude to Sabina for creating comfort not only in the hotel, but also in the heart! Sabina is a highly qualified professional in her field, with the self-control that is necessary and caring for vacationers as if they were relatives! Thank you for your vacation in this wonderful place! Of course, I want to go back and enjoy everything I already know and what I didn't have time to see, try and admire!

We arrived in Aitar on May 17. The room on the ground floor is clean, there is a refrigerator, a TV, a balcony. The girls clean well and are very polite. The food in the dining room is very good, everything is delicious, the dishes are clean. The territory of Aitar is large, with lots of greenery, flowers, and fountains. There are guided tours . In a word , thank you very much . I want to come back to you .
