The hotel is in the middle price category.There is a luxury marine building on the beach and there is a budget without food. Sukhum embankment walked 3km on foot. The rooms are standard and match the price.We're going a second time. The second coastline, through an underpass. The sea is transparent nearby in 5 minutes. Buffet meals. It was varied, and there were even dumplings with cheese. Tea bags. Coffee resembles chicory. Milk. Compote.But there are few fruits. Baking is not enough. There were pancakes.Air conditioning in the dining room. We took a taxi 3000r to the hotel from the border in 2.5 hours. There is a transfer from the hotel for 1750 rubles per person.The market is small 1.5km. Grocery and mini shops are available at the hotel.Sun beds on the beach are free of charge. There is music on the beach and there is a rental service. Large pebbles. It is more comfortable to enter with sea slaps. There are 2 cafes on site and live music in the evening.The territory is small and green with huge pine trees and there are many plants with signs, there are two fountains, pheasants and turkeys walk around the territory.

In July 2026, we had a rest at the Aitar boarding house. It has a large territory, lots of rare trees and shrubs, like in a botanical garden. Peacocks walk around the territory, the air is very clean and pleasant to relax in. The sea is nearby through an underpass, which is very convenient. Buffet meals. The food is very tasty and satisfying. Many thanks to the chefs and the canteen staff. You don't even have time to get hungry. Separately, I would like to share my impressions about the rooms with extras.in places. The room has two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. The extra place is a separate song. An old-style clamshell, the middle falls almost to the floor and there is no way to change it to something worthwhile. They all said that. If someone wants to take an extra seat, I don't recommend it!!! A sunbed from the beach would probably be better and more comfortable with a mattress. And this is an honest review! It's time to change the clamshells or remove these extras. there are no places at all, so as not to spoil the rest and the opinion of the boarding house.

This is probably the only boarding house that I have no complaints about. The standard rooms are, of course, Soviet, but the atmosphere itself is very sincere. The territory is well maintained, green. There is a church. Peacocks (screaming 😁). The food is very good. There is not much choice, but everything is there and very tasty. The staff is friendly. They are cleaned daily. Thank you.
