The unit was replaced efficiently and quickly. I was also pleased that the amount that was negotiated over the phone remained unchanged, although more work was done. I also want to note that I called a lot of people with this problem, but the companies refused because the ceilings were not stretched for them, and those who agreed, the day of work was called far in advance.
