I've already left a positive review before, but I want to thank the studio and master Emilia once again) it's just a wonderful studio, the dog doesn't even seem to want to leave after grooming. The studio is very cozy, there are toys, beds, mats for dogs, the smell is just wonderful. The reception staff is always friendly and polite, you can see how much they love animals. Thank you very much for lifting the spirits of both pets and owners) They also left with a wonderful gift.

I would like to wholeheartedly thank the Iron grooming studio for the amazing visiting experience and impeccable care of our beloved Kiwi cat! It was the first time we went to the salon for an express molt procedure, and we were deeply impressed by the whole process — from the first call to the moment when Kiwi and I went home. From the very threshold, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere: a cozy space, cleanliness and a sense of care in literally every detail. It immediately became clear that not only customers are appreciated here, but also their pets — and this is indeed the case! I would like to express my special gratitude to Master Zarina. Her approach to work is a model of conscientiousness, patience and sensitivity. Sarina immediately found an approach to Kiwi: she talked to her in a calm voice, carefully introduced herself, and gave her time to settle in. It was obvious that she was not just performing the procedure, but was genuinely concerned about the comfort of the animal. Kiwi, who is usually wary of strangers, behaved surprisingly calmly — for me, this is the best indicator of professionalism! The express molting procedure was carried out as carefully as possible: Sarina used suitable tools and techniques, carefully monitored the Kiwi's reaction and paused if necessary. The result exceeded all expectations — the coat became noticeably cleaner and neater, and the Kiwi looked relaxed and even satisfied! We are sure that such a caring attitude towards pets and a high level of service will definitely help attract grateful customers. Now we know exactly where we will bring Kiwis for grooming in the future, and we will be happy to recommend Iron Studio to all our friends and acquaintances. Many thanks to your salon for the excellent work! I bring my timid and moody cat here, and every time it's a miracle. Master Vlada finds an approach to her from the first minute: calmly, carefully and professionally. The cat returns home incredibly beautiful.
