I have been buying used cars for the fourth time, before that – with varying success. But I have never had such a comfortable and successful purchase as with the Prapanova car dealership. He offered a number of other cars as part of my sum, and advised me on the most optimal options for my request. As a result, I chose a different car, and I'm very happy about it. Regarding the condition of the car I chose to buy, everything was also honest and transparent. All the nuances were voiced due to the fact that the car is not new, which was later confirmed when I drove the car to my "own" car service near the house for diagnostics – nothing more "large" was found. I can't help but note the really sincere attention to the client's request. Another undoubted advantage is full support when removing an old car from the register at the traffic police (she gave it to the cost of her new car), obtaining license plates and a technical passport for the purchased car. For this, many thanks to Vladislav, an employee of the Prapanova salon. I didn't have to stand in long queues, I received the documents and numbers very quickly, and the guys filled out all the necessary applications themselves, I just read and signed. Oh, and they filled up a third of my tank with gasoline, and even drove around the parking lot with me so that I could get used to the new car before going out into the city. In general, Prapanova is a new level of service plus a humane, attentive attitude. I am very grateful and recommend it to everyone.
