The bus station is small. There are stalls with hot drinks and fast food nearby. The waiting room is large. You can go to the toilet for 50 kopecks (payment at the ticket office where you buy tickets). I can't get through to the information desk at the station!!!!!! If you specify a phone number on the website, then it should work. I've been trying to reach you for 4 hours. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes they don't answer, then the fax turns on)
