Most of the time I make an appointment by phone, the car can even be taken on a day-to-day basis. Body washing + interior cleaning usually takes an hour and a half. A comfortable waiting area, if necessary: wi-fi, comfortable sofa, TV, coffee machine, water. It is clear that people know their business, they don't wash them to waste.
