The worst transportation service, we don't seem to live in the Stone Age, but it's impossible to find out when and at what time the parcel will be delivered. Tracking on the site is done for show, it does not carry any semantic load and does not add clarity. I don't know who works in this organization with this approach. If you don't want to waste your nerves and those of your clients, don't get involved.

Сказать, что это кошмар - значит ничего не сказать. Ждал доставку весь вечер накануне выходных, сидел как на иголках, т.к. вещь стоимостью свыше 2 тысяч долларов. В десятом часу позвонили и сказали, что не могут привезти (не загрузили посылку, хотя приходило сообщение о доставке в указанный срок, а на сайте было конкретное время когда водитель получил посылку). Водитель, кстати, тоже отзванивался, что будет через 10 минут, но, понятное дело, он не приехал. Рано утром на следующий день мне нужно было уезжать на другой конец страны, но по понятным причинам пришлось отменить поздку в установленный срок. И самое интересное, что несмотря на свой косяк мне даже не предложили привезти посылку пораньше, а на мое законное требование так поступить заявили, что ничего не можем обещать. Меня дважды заверили разные диспетчеры, что привезут посылку до 14.00. В итоге опять длительное ожидание и о чудо, аж в 15.00 я её все же получил. В итоге испорченное настроение и полностью разрушенные планы. Так нельзя поступать с людьми, ребята. Это беспредел, и судя по отзывам я здесь не один такой пострадавший. Эта жалоба будет на каждом информационном ресурсе включая компетентные государственные органы и конечно же, необходимо будет обратиться в МАРТ.
