I was at this car wash on 03/22/25, I was extremely unhappy with the work. I had to do it myself afterward. There were no paper policies, they said they were out. Standing in line, many drivers said that it was better not to enter the ship, but since it was a holiday and all the car washes were busy, they had to choose it. Which I regretted a lot.

They let their relatives through out of turn, without even hiding or apologizing. People stand and wait for hours. Customer orientation and service are at zero .we are no longer serviced there on principle .
