It's gorgeous, it's not far from the beach, it's quiet inside, no one bothers, everything is clean and neatly done, prices are lower than in hotels, it's not far from the store and the sea, the owners are nice people, I advise everyone to come here if you want to spend your vacation in silence by the sea)

Good day to all. Who is currently choosing accommodation in Gudauta and reading this review, BOOK! If your choice is in Abkhazia, on Gudauta, then Avocado Guest house is the best accommodation option! We stayed with Galina for 12 days. 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 3 years old. Galina greeted us very warmly. We arrived much earlier in time, while our maid was cleaning our house, we went to the sea, Galina immediately gave us towels for the beach, offered to relax. After the sea, we entered a clean and cool house, the air conditioner was carefully turned on for us. The beds were already made. What you need from the road. The level of care is 1,000,000%. Throughout the rest, the Tsaritsa Hotel has a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. All the guests became friends with each other. It was very comfortable to live. Each house has its own boiler, hot water is available at any time, stable wi-fi. There is a small refrigerator in the house. There is a cozy veranda near the house, there is a table and 2 rattan chairs. It was great to drink coffee in the morning. A large shared kitchen, lots of dishes, many tables, a large refrigerator, an electric panel (not a tile!), a microwave and even a slow cooker! Washing machine, free use. Agree-this approach to your guests is a rarity!? In Crimea, 5 years ago, we paid 200 rubles for 1 wash.... There is just a sea of flowers on the territory! There is even a banana tree) In every review you read about the hostess and every review is written from the heart! Because Galina is a very pleasant and sincere girl! It's really like visiting her! A person is ready to help his guests at any time of the day or night, helped us treat children, told us about the traditions of local residents, treated us with her gifts (wine, jam from tangerines), recommended excursions. Galina does not have such a thing that bed linen and towels are changed once a vacation, everything changes on demand and without unnecessary problems. I can write a lot about accommodation, because we really liked it there! There is a bakery near the Avocado-bread, pastries, cakes. There is a market nearby, everything is there. Pharmacy, canteen, beach amenities, fruits, vegetables, tea, spices, souvenirs, clothes, counter shops with ordinary products. The prices are adequate, some are more expensive, some are cheaper than in Russia. From the hotel to the sea is a 15-minute quiet walk. The sea pleased us, it was clean, warm, and the beach was pebbly. We went to the Veranda cafe on the beach - it was delicious! There is nothing superfluous on the beach: grannies, annoying people offering to spend a lot of money on photos and parachutes. They ride on a banana, okay) there is a small park square next to the sea. Kids can ride different cars there. I will not write about excursions, everyone needs to see this beauty! In general, I really liked the rest. Comfortable accommodation is very important for our family! Galya 💖💖💖 with great respect, 1 house😉

For the first time, we decided to come to Abkhazia with our family, and we were very satisfied!!! The Avocado Guest House was vacationing from 07/06/2024 to 07/21/2024. Our eco-house is just super, as soon as we entered we immediately felt the smell of wood, the houses are new, two large beds, we were very comfortable for 4 people. Snow-white sheets, towels immediately give comfort, and speak of cleanliness and very attentive care of the hostess! And you can say a lot of nice words about her. She is very hospitable, friendly, has always been friendly and was constantly interested in our vacation, wanting to help with various issues. She provided us with transfers, excursions, told us about all the excursions and selected them individually for everyone. The children liked her very much, especially when she brought them sweets. After Abkhazia, we decided to relax in Sirius, to which my husband said it would be better to stay with Galina. I wish prosperity and good guests!
