We recently stayed in this small but very cozy hotel. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable mattresses. The hotel's room stock allows you to choose a room with a large terrace. I can't help but mention the breakfasts — they are just wonderful! The owners of the hotel welcomed us with real warmth and cordiality. Their friendly attitude made the stay even more comfortable. The most magnificent feature of the hotel was the spacious terrace, which offers a magnificent view. The location is just great! This allows you to walk a lot and enjoy the sights of the city. Nearby there is a currency exchange office with a favorable exchange rate and a grocery store, which was extremely convenient. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere of Tbilisi and feel at home.

Very mini-hotel. The apartment building has half a floor on the 9th floor. But there are absolutely no signs or landmarks on how to get to this hotel. The room is small, stated as 25 m, for a total of no more than 18. The mattresses are very hard, and the folding chair is narrow and small. The breakfasts are modest, there is no ground coffee. The terrace is a feature of the hotel. It's big, beautiful and cozy. The views are amazing.

A wonderful hotel within walking distance of the old town and attractions. Nearby cafes and restaurants, 2 spar shops. We greeted them like family with wine and breakfast. A room with its own large terrace and river view. On the shared terrace, it is also very pleasant to drink coffee in the morning and look at the city. Clean, delicious, we'll be back!
