I placed an order at a pharmacy through Glovo. About 10 minutes later, an employee called and said that some of the items were “out of stock.” To my clarifying question, it turned out that she hadn't even checked properly: after checking, it turned out that the main product, for which the order was made, was still there. I asked you to remove the missing items and leave what you need in the order. In response, the employee began to refuse to help and insisted that “I have to edit the order myself,” although I do not have such functionality in the application. Then there were demands to cancel the order, rude answers to the questions “what is the problem and how to solve it”, and in the end she just hung up. It was a very unpleasant experience: it seemed that the employee was too lazy to figure it out and talked frankly rudely. I've wasted my time and nerves. I ask you to instruct me on basic courtesy and handling orders.
