Good location! One elevator that holds 3!!! A man for the whole hotel! There's a queue in the morning and evening. The rooms stink of sewage, the shower does not work. The buffet breakfast is monotonous, the same thing every day, not all of it is of good quality.

Like it · Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes to Taksim metro station, funicular, Istiklal street. There were necessary shops and cafes nearby. Comfortable bed, working air conditioning. The breakfasts were good, quite varied, the food was fresh and delicious. I didn't like it · It is very inconvenient to go up to your floor. When climbing with a suitcase, only 1 person can fit in the elevator, the alternative is to climb a steep spiral staircase with a suitcase, which is inconvenient. The hotel has 8 floors and only 1 elevator, it's a long wait. Staff is optional. They asked us to move us to a room on another floor because of the noise and smell of smoking from the street (to change to a floor above), we were told to approach this issue at 7 a.m. the next day, then we postponed this issue to 12 p.m., and in the end we completely forgot about it. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. They are not cleaned every day, after cleaning the hair on the floor and in the sink, the air conditioner grates are very dirty. Hygiene products and water are not added and renewed every day, and clean towels are also not always provided. There is no toothbrush cup or soap dish in the bathroom, so you have to keep everything in your own containers. The water mugs in the room had a greasy coating. The plumbing was old: the sink faucet was leaking, 1 out of 2 watering cans was working in the shower, and the tiles in the shower were moldy. The street where the hotel is located is quite noisy. On low floors, it was difficult to fall asleep on weekends because of the noise and the smell of cigarettes with the window closed. Hotel visitors do not always behave culturally, the hotel administration does not monitor this and does nothing. Drunk guests make noise at night, slam doors, take strangers to their room and for breakfast.

It's dirty, even the slippers in the bag had a sole print. 🤡 Breakfast is monotonous, the rooms are falling apart. The elevator was tiny, the walls were so thin that any conversation could be heard, and the neighbors had been talking since 5 a.m., as if they were in our room. If there are no options, it looks visually tolerable.
