It is located between the railway station with a bus station and a park square with a church. Reconstruction started, but stopped in 2014. Currently not functioning

Overgrown ruins that, as I understand it, no one is going to take control of. A disgrace to the city and local authorities.

The stadium was destroyed. At least there was something before the "reconstruction". One thing pleases — the area around has been reconstructed after all
