We stayed for a couple of nights (September 2025). It's close to the center. There is also a public transport stop nearby, but taxis are also very cheap. Near a 24-hour supermarket (50 meters) On the other side there is a food court (200 meters), very inexpensive and varied dishes. We lived in room 23. There was a very comfortable mattress, TV, kettle in the room, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom and hairdryer. The whole hotel is one-story. There is a veranda in front of the hotel where you can sit on chairs and smoke there. In our room 23, there were disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo. The room is small, but we didn't come to sit in the room!It was very convenient to stay for 2 days! Almost opposite the bus station - who needs to travel further. And also the Ararat factory is nearby. Everything was fine with us. Thanks!

We booked through the "Island". In fact, this is not a hotel, but rooms adapted for living in a one-story building. We booked one room, but in fact we provided a completely different one. The room is shabby, with a small blind window in the corner of the room. horror. The representative of this (I can't find the right words) place to stay refused to provide the reserved room. The island didn't help either. The payment was not refunded. I had to stay in another hotel. Conclusions: 1. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel!!! 2. When booking through the Island, you can ruin your vacation. Carefully double-check the accommodation facilities on third-party services. The hotel may not look like the photos posted on the aggregator's website.

I love marketing, I was in a hurry, I had to book a hotel urgently, running into a plane, a single room, I did not notice that there were no windows, everything was clean and tidy in the room, everything was as in the picture, there was a kettle, but there were no tea bags, the room was quite cool for me, the blanket was one thin, with in the morning, there is strong audibility from neighboring rooms, quite close to the airport, a transfer was offered for $ 22 one way (taxi 300-400 rub.), I had a problem paying more precisely at the hotel, booked at the agoda, payment at the hotel, I did not have cash with me, I had a card, the device did not seem to work, they say we can go to an ATM to withdraw money or make a transfer, I don't even want to comment on this, in the end I gave the last 10 euros in cash and still managed to pay the rest of the amount by card. For this price, it was possible to book in the center and with breakfast. In general, there are no complaints, except for the payment, and the smoking owner/employee at the "reception" (in quotation marks because it's hard to call reception in my understanding), I chose the rest carelessly myself (distance from the center, room without a window, cost)

It is a small family-run hotel, quite cozy and located close to the US Embassy. Clean beds and towels. But we were in the middle of March and the rooms were quite cold. My wife and daughter couldn't keep warm. The heating was only by air conditioning, which made the air only slightly warmer. Keep this in mind if you plan to settle in winter.

It is clear that during the initial renovation they wanted to make a good design, but now, apparently, they are not investing money at all in the hotel. The walls in the room are peeling, the sink drain is leaking in the bathroom and there is a smell of sewage. On the first day, the heating was only from the air conditioner and it was very cold at night. In the morning I complained to the administrator and then the battery was turned on. There was still no heat, but it was generally comfortable. We haven't done any cleaning in 5 days. And it's not really scary, but the tiny trash can filled up very quickly, and no one took out the trash either. The towels haven't been changed either. The location is directly opposite the bus station. In principle, you can walk to Kentron, about 2 km. Minibuses to Etchmiadzin start from the bus station, and the bus to the airport also stops. It is more convenient to get to other places from the center.
