This is the response we received in response to the complaint. The complaint was that the seller was extremely incompetent in this field of services. We bought the speakers on his recommendation, where he swore that they would be perfect. During the installation of the speakers directly on the regular place, it was revealed that they are much larger in diameter than they actually need. When they came back, we were "amicably" refused. but!!! They offered to exchange the speakers for others, with an additional payment for new ones, directly into the seller's pocket, but refused to give us a check for the reason "be grateful that I exchanged them for you at all" As a result, the seller is a rare boor, with complete ignorance of his assortment and, plus, some kind of fraudster, since he wanted to take the extra payment into his pocket for his "sincere kindness"
