Level 16 Local Expert

Nice LCD. Cozy and spacious apartments. Silent elevators. The entrances are clean and the noise insulation is surprisingly good. There is a variety of infrastructure around from pharmacies, shops, cafes to car washes and tire shops. There are various clinics nearby. Very convenient location and no noise of the city.

Aurus residential complex is a new complex, there is no Playground, there is only a small field for football or basketball for children, the courtyard seems to be closed, which would be convenient, but cars come and go, the house is commissioned, but still the elevators have not been cleaned of the film from the wooden transom, as if for building material and not for people, the apartments themselves are not bad for living, although there is no balcony or loggia.
