It so happened that the internal combustion engine on my wife's Audi became unusable due to a factory defect. Verdict - repair is impractical, replacement of the internal combustion engine is necessary. Taking into account the service station market, it was possible to repair anywhere, but after preliminary communication with the head of the service department, I preferred to do the work for Serov. As a result, I did not regret my decision. Considering that the breakdown is serious and the repair is expensive, they treated our problem as humanly as possible and actively advised us, helped us find a contract engine, and after the repair they gave us recommendations for further operation. Given their attitude, it turned out to be calmer and easier to restore the car. After talking and evaluating the work, I realized that the service employs professionals. It's good that you didn't get into such expensive items! For 15 minutes, master Dmitry looked at the car and found problems in the lower right lever, the replacement took 1 hour, everything was replaced on the same day, the problem was solved immediately. I do not recommend multi-brand service stations, whatever the professionals were there, after all, specialists should be of the same brand... I have an Audi Q5 reg. sign 0739Ik-6 They scratched the arch door and the wheel for me 3 years ago, it was repaired under insurance for Serov. The disc, since the scratch is about 1 mm deep, was sentenced to be replaced. I have different sets of wheels assembled for summer and winter. The first impression is changed, everything is fine, well done. But now it's time to replace winter tires in the fall of 2023 and here an interesting detail is revealed: the disc is the same in radius and pattern, but its width is larger. I have 7j*17 et37, and put 8j*18 et39. I did not see this when changing the wheels in the assembly accordingly. Having discovered this problem, I contacted this service with a question to resolve their error. To which a specific response was received about the expired warranty period. And a recommendation not to drive on a wide variety of disks. By the way, the LCP on the replaced disk cracked after a year. Avoid this service!

In general, everything is fine. In the order-order, they wrote only pads before wear.% Although I know and see it myself The wear of the front brake system is precisely the discs that need to be replaced; the residual thickness of the brake pads is about 4mm; the pads of the discs need to be replaced; the backlash of the front wheel hub needs to be replaced; By internal combustion engine There is a leak of engine oil from the cylinder head in the area of the valve cover, not a word about this during oral communication or in documents(( I regretted that I turned to them. Although the car was not very dirty, it was not offered to do a car wash, I was sure that a technical car wash would be done before the inspection, but the car never rinsed.
