A great spacious and bright room with a convenient location and an adequate price tag. The staff is polite and friendly. I go to personal boxing training sessions with coach Dmitry Bondarenko. The most polite and considerate person. He takes an individual approach to training, motivates and supports if something doesn't work out. After training with him, you return home with pleasant fatigue and the realization that you have become a little stronger than yesterday!

Comfortable lounge , pleasant prices . Very attentive coaches will tell you if something is wrong .A sufficient number of simulators. Always a calm and productive atmosphere in the gym ) I have been attending group MMA classes for the 3rd month .Thanks a lot to our coach Pavel for this approach.He won't let you relax much (at all) ,Aimed at the result of each of the group! He explains it clearly , and if it doesn 't work out , he repeats it 10 more times and shows it . Very attentive and patient) But he doesn't forget about the "kick" either. Motivates you perfectly . You always go to such a gym and to such a coach with a smile and with a great desire to work and achieve success)
