I strongly advise against this office, I booked a bus, as a result, the driver calls me and says where are you, it turns out they changed the bus number and departure address and no one reported anything, nothing changed in my personal account, the question is how should I have known about these changes? I DO NOT ADVISE

My experience with Atlas/Atlasbus turned out to be negative: the conditions of the trip changed (stops/time / bus), and there was insufficient information about this in advance. I received a refund(a) prolonged correspondence with no result. I don't plan to use the service anymore.
