According to our order # 512510 (Jerusalem, the city of three religions), the place of departure of Bat Yam, Canyon), an unpleasant incident occurred. My wife, child, and I were 6 (six) minutes late for the scheduled time due to the inability to call a taxi at 6:00 a.m. and the lack of public transport, and we did not catch the bus. It is a pity that we were not warned that there are no taxis at this hour. We went on foot, the distance is considerable. On the move, my wife tried to inform about our delay: a) to the agent, b) to the hotline phones. We called all the listed phone numbers, but no one answered the phone. No one called us either, there was obviously no employee on the bus who would check for tourists and contact them. At the meeting point, we waited for the bus for half an hour, as indicated in the conditions of the trip, not yet knowing that he had left a long time ago. When the agent finally woke up and answered the phone, we offered her to refund our money or compensate for the unproven service with another similar trip. The latter certainly wouldn't have cost them anything. But no, in response, we received what seemed to us a cynical offer to pay for the next trip with a 10% discount! We wrote a letter with a complaint, the response is prompt... and absolutely demagogic! Like we sympathize with you, but don't be late. We didn't get any answers to the substantive question of why we couldn't get through to anyone. We understand that we cannot formally challenge our rights, since there was no agreement with the agency and there is a delay. But this is the first time we have seen such an attitude towards tourists, and we travel a lot! Try not to repeat our mistakes!
