The bathroom is beautiful and clean. but!!!1. The administrator did not warn that over 10 people are being paid extra. There was an unpleasant payment situation during the calculation. 2. The staff was constantly hanging around the guests, looking in, watching the preparations for our themed party. 3. Three children cut themselves in the pool on the sharp edges on the stairs. We checked - all the steps have broken off the sharp edge of the tile. 4. Doors to the toilet and locker room with non-working locks. The man got stuck in the toilet.

A disgusting sauna , the children hurt their feet in the pool on the tiles at the bottom , then, initially, we agreed for 20 people, and they didn't say anything for an additional fee, it turns out up to 10 people and the rest for an additional fee, and this was said at the end of the hours, no one said anything beforehand.

Today we celebrated a birthday here, everything seems to be done well, but there are a lot of huge disadvantages!!! First of all, the terrible staff who watched our every move. We were taking a photo of the zone and then they got in. We just laid out the props, didn't break anything, and so on. Secondly, the pool is not safe. Two children cut their clubs and their backs. There is no guarantee that the holiday will be injury-free. Thirdly, one person got stuck in the toilet. It was just that the lock was broken and no one told us. Then, without our knowledge, some guy went there and repaired the lock, but nothing worked. But there was a locker room near the toilet, also with a broken lock, where ALL OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS were!!! And we also weren't warned about the person who would fix something. And then there were some men walking around and talking to this woman, who for some reason constantly climbed up to us and tried to check everything. This woman also had a cat that went everywhere!!! It's just outrageous!!!! I'm not going to write about the terrible water... Fourthly, they decided that we could relax in 4 hours and planned to give the bathhouse to another company without asking us!!!! We accidentally overheard their conversation with the administrator. Fifth, when we were about to leave, they wanted to trick us into paying. We decided that once people drank, they could earn more. Their argument: "well, we counted the number of your shoes."...it even sounds funny!!! We had a themed party and of course there were more shoes than ourselves.... It's complete nonsense! They also allegedly warned us that if there are more than 10 people in a huge bug, then payment is made FOR EACH PERSON SEPARATELY!!!! This is the first time I've encountered this. A sauna is chosen for relaxing with a large company, not for 10 people. There were only 11 of our family, and we supposedly said that there would be fewer than 10 of us... isn't it funny? In general, the impression was just great at the beginning, but in the end they fucked up at the end of the holiday! I don't even want to go back there anymore, although we already planned to celebrate something else there, but alas and ah) I strongly do not recommend it!!!
