I decided to call myself, to which I heard in response that they did not see my record and said that the warranty specialist would call me back. Bottom line: I've lost my record, which I've been waiting for for 2 months and no one gives a damn. No one called me back, and there was no reply to my messages. There were no apologies or postponement of the recording for the next few days, although I informed the girl that I was ready to come any day soon, since they had lost the recording. Absolutely negligent and extremely irresponsible attitude towards the client, no one just cares.
