When I had to go to TO-1, I signed up for a specific date and time, so, in order to replace the oil and filter, it took specialists more than four hours!!!!!! As I understand it, the time and work of the staff are very much appreciated there, but they are extremely disrespectful to the time of customers. It's a pity..
