It was necessary to sew jeans, the master sewed them three times, but in the end she said that these jeans were so unsuccessful and nothing could be done(. Victoria fixed everything! The jeans fit perfectly, the seam is smooth, and you can't see that they've been repaired at all! I don't know where so many negative reviews come from, maybe they came to another specialist, but this isn't the first time I've contacted Victoria, and I've never regretted it! However, she only works on Wednesday and Thursday) I consider the cost of services to be quite adequate, because other craftsmen cannot do anything right for this money, from the word at all! I saw the negative comments, but I went to sew jeans there anyway. It was on my way to work. Firstly, boorish communication. They took the order with such displeasure, as if I was begging them to hem my pants. Secondly, I came for jeans. They should have been ready by 17:00. Nothing is ready at 17:50. One woman took the order, another was in the studio today. She's polite. But the man with the colleagues was unlucky. she listens to their shoals, anger and discontent. I ended up taking the jeans. I'll take it to another place. I'm not a miser. But to pay 35 rubles for hemming trousers, at the same time to communicate with me, as if I came to beg to hem the product. And then you arrive, and nothing is ready, it's too much.

I strongly advise against contacting this hotel. They gave a fur coat for repair, the shoulder split at the seam. The quality of the repair is terrible. That the seam on the fur, that on the lining is terribly rough, a child would do better. I regret that I did not examine the inside of the lining on the spot and only saw at home how it was all sewn.
