We used the services of this office twice in March 2023 and in December. In March, the tour was conducted by a local guy, they searched for manta rays (the main thing in the tour) twice for 20-30 minutes and found it!!!!! Remembering how great we had a great time with friends, we turned to the same place in December. And they ran into a complete hack. The guide is not local, forgot the water, did not check the tubes, they were not suitable, did not take a video - most likely there was a discharged camera. Mant was searched for 5 minutes, and the guide did not even get up from his chair!!! The result is no video, no manta rays, the feeding of fish and sharks was virtual, I did not take food!!!! It sucks completely. They demanded a refund of $ 20 per person - they heard enough of this from the guide. Russian-speaking employees knocked out a refund of $10 each. although the price has increased from $ 60 to $75. Take it somewhere else - otherwise you'll just go for a ride on a boat for $ 75.
