The master family club hotel: this is the worst five-star hotel I've been to in 8 years of vacation in Turkey, the rooms are poorly cleaned, towels are not provided, water is used, the renovation is old and clumsy. The food is monotonous. The bars are running out of alcohol, and they're starting to pour some watered-down stuff. The hotel administration does not respond to the comments, they only reject them. My wife's perfume was stolen from her room, only bought at duty free. A tunic and a new hoodie were stolen from friends. If you're unlucky enough to rest there, hide everything that's not lying well.
