I definitely recommend visiting Laodicea. Ancient Rome in miniature and much cheaper than the much-hyped travertines of Pamukkale, and there are many times fewer people. The hotel is 12 km away. The owner is a mega positive and responsive person. Speaks excellent English, but not Russian. He drove his car to the upper entrance and explained that it was better to move down to his hotel (walk barefoot along the travertines and exit at the bottom). Tea, coffee, sugar - everything for comfort. The pool, with water from Cleopatra's pool, as Hussein said, is refreshing after a walk, Turkish tea is very tasty, you can drink it all day, which is what Hussein does. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is parking for cars. The atmosphere itself is cozy and the relationship is sincere. The price is adequate. A101 (supermarket) is just 100 meters below. You can have a delicious dinner at the restaurant. In a word, I recommend it. By the way, we were just driving for luck. We didn't book in advance.
