I called this institution to make a reservation for a table, without specifying the name and time, they just told me that they were expecting us, upon arrival at the institution at first we did not decide which table to sit at because the employee could not come up and help. I also asked for help scanning the qr menu and my request was also ignored, it would be nice if there was a button on each table to call the waiter. There was an intern on shift. As I understand it, while waiting for an order, the waiter, without accepting it, already brought one ready-made dish that we discussed but did not order (doner with chicken), after that we already began to choose the main dishes and drinks. It wouldn't be bad if the waiter was there at that time and helped me choose something. I also ask you to note that the scolding that the waiter has should never be placed on the guests' table, it looks careless on the part of the employee of the institution. I had to go to the cashier and duplicate the order several times instead of the waiter doing it, because there is a percentage of service for this. After choosing the dishes, the dishes were brought to us, but without any serving, the dishes should not be on the table without plates and some dishes, as well as drinks, this should be the first thing. Why pay for a percentage of the service if there is no actual service? We also approached the employee and chose the wine ourselves, taking it with us. After asking the waiter to help collect the dishes with him and remove the dirty dishes that were interfering on the table, the waiter ignored our request. We helped put all the plates and utensils in one place so that they could be taken away, and then we came to pick up the dishes and make them with us, not in front of our eyes. Why take disposable dishes and take the cutlery from the table and do it in front of the guest, especially on the table where there are dirty folded dishes that should have been taken away in the first place before doing this? At my suggestion to the girl who served us, nothing was clear, first the dishes are taken away, then the dishes are taken away to fold them and take them with you, you do not need to take the dishes from the table and do it in front of the guests. After that, we waited for the bill to be brought to us, but in the end we came up and paid the bill ourselves, the dishes were not cleaned, we would like to spend the rest of our time at a clean table without dirty dishes. Also, the waiter did not know the composition of some dishes, if some positions are not available, then you need to warn about it in advance, and not when the dish is ready and you are informed that there will not be a certain product in that pit. Then, when we were about to leave and went to the cashier for wine, there was a girl who served us, she said that she was undergoing an internship and there was a girl next to her who came to train, did not know how to work with the iiko program, I helped her beat off the takeaway order and took the receipt (the photo is not being processed due to its loss) and we left, but the table was not cleaned as we asked, of course, the service was very upset, I wanted to insist that it be removed from the bill because I came to relax and not every few minutes to be distracted by the situation in the establishment and ask the waiter to come take the order, prompt something or help in some way. I continued my vacation at home, taking the dishes with me, the kitchen in this place is very good, but unfortunately there were no products in that pit, as promised, and what upset me was not the attentiveness of the waiter when they brought us a dish that we did not have time to order, but she heard that we wanted it. If two employees are standing at the checkout and talking about their own, it's not in the best interest to help me choose a drink when I'm standing next to them, then I think there was no service. The dishes that were brought to me were with seafood, to which my young man was allergic and for unknown reasons it started, he did not contact me to have any signs, this was the reason to go home as soon as possible. In this case, I just want to say that next time I will make a delivery before I return to this place again, it is very nice and quiet as I like, but nothing made me feel comfortable there.
