This new hotel impresses with its luxurious marble facade, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. The staff speaks neither Russian nor English. The room hadn't been cleaned in three days of our stay.

The room is not very clean. There were no towels at all. The price is too high. The breakfast is specific. A very nice woman and an assortment in a shop where the products of local craftsmen are sold.
