There was a strange “diesel” rumble and a metallic crackle on the cold start of the Opel Astra J 1.4 Turbo (A14NET), then I got errors P0011 and P0014 on phase control. I got it — it smells like a timing chain replacement, you can't pull it. I decided to enroll in AsAutoMaster (Zhdanovichi, Gorny Lane, 1, Minsk): I read good reviews about them and my friends advised me. Before the visit, I described the problem in detail and received a Viber consultation. They immediately named the price, told me about the necessary spare parts, and explained why each item was needed. The staff works strictly according to Opel's instructions: all prices were named from the official service program, without unnecessary “wind—ups” and "I'll think about it now." The guys at the service really took a professional approach to the matter: they used all the special tools needed to replace the timing chain, carefully disassembled, completely changed the kit (chain, tensioner, shoes, stars), and used a torque tool during assembly — they showed it. All seals have been replaced, and the oil is not leaking anywhere. They even made a photo report of the process for me and gave me a printout of all the tightening torques of the bolts. I am very pleased with the approach and the price! I definitely recommend AsAutoMaster— a good service where everything is done wisely.
