On September 19, 2025, I purchased TCL Elite Plus A++ TAC-12CHSD/XA73I inverter 12000 BTU model air conditioner from Hepsiburada (Order No.: 433 944 406 0). I am located at the address of Çorum merkezi, Çaplu Neighborhood, Kunduzhan Street No:8. The product was delivered in a short time, but I had to wait more than 1 week for the authorized service “As Teknik Media Klima Authorized Dealer and Service” for installation. The assembly process took place on September 26, 2025. During installation, the air conditioner legs did not come out of the box, there were only wedges. The service attendant said to me, ”No feet come out of the air conditioner, I brought the feet and the wedge myself, but there will be a fee." I checked the box and there were really no feet. After completing the installation, he demanded a fee of 500 TL from me, refused to accept my money order offer and asked for cash. I had to withdraw from the ATM and pay by hand. No documents or receipts were given related to this transaction; my friend in the next office is also a witness to this situation. After that, I called TCL customer service several times. They told me that the air conditioner legs are not out of the box, but the service should install them for free. When I created a complaint record, the service officer informed the customer service in the form of “I received a fee for the Tij transaction”. However, he told me that he received the foot fee for my friend's installation, and first for the feet, and when my friend said to call customer service, he said that a wedge fee was charged. He distorted the truth by presenting different justifications to different people and institutions. A person who tells dozens of lies on his feet is the one who made this montage. My friend bought the same air conditioner and came to him 15 days later. How many times did my friend call, but he kept me waiting for 15 days. On September 21, 2025, he installed his air conditioner and did not even take a TL from my friend. As a result, the same service officer unfairly took 500 TL from me while making the same transaction to another customer for free. I request the refund of this amount to my side and I want the necessary procedures to be initiated about the relevant service officer.
