I contacted this store in order to purchase Whiskas cat food, which was on free sale and was displayed on the sales floor. However, the seller refused to sell this product without any legal grounds, which violated my rights as a consumer. According to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to freely choose goods and services from the assortment offered by the seller. The seller is obliged to ensure the sale of the goods offered for sale if they comply with the storage conditions and are not withdrawn from circulation.
