The hotel lived up to its expectations, I'll give you a solid five, I'll write about the nuances and why I didn't lower the stars for the cons. Firstly, this hotel is primarily worth taking because of its location. In principle, even if it were downright awful, the location pays off. Everywhere is within walking distance, the sights are within walking distance, the sea too, as well as bus stops, tram stops, a port with a ferry. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops in the area. Secondly, the price is quite cheap. Other advantages: colonial style, daily change of towels, cleaning, nice staff, a cafe right next door and a shop. Food will be delivered to your room from Arun's cafe if you ask. We didn't take breakfast because the price seemed too high, so I can't say anything. We took shawarma, potatoes, tea, coffee, sweets, everything is awesome. In addition to a shower, the bathroom has an imitation hammam, a marble bowl for water and a copper bowl for watering. In principle, it is very convenient, you can sit and wash, even in the shower, even from the bowl. The water is hot, there are no problems. A definite plus is free Wi-Fi, we had a laptop with us, watched movies on it, and used our phones to surf social networks, no problems or interruptions. Cons: the furniture was partially tired, the mattress was excellent, the bedding was fine, and the sofa and table were fine, of course. The TV is not working. There was a power outage. View of the wall, screaming cats and seagulls under the window, above the window, in the window (but this is the case everywhere in my opinion) I'll say this - you can find fault with everything, but you shouldn't expect anything supernatural for such a price. With their own money, they fully met my expectations, had a great time, easily made it to the opening of the palace and cisterns, mosques, did not stand in queues and had time to see the sights in the cold. If perfect repairs and perfect furniture are important to someone, look for a place in a more expensive segment.

We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is located in the historical quarter of Sultanahmet. All attractions are within walking distance (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace) At the reception, the girl Lilia offered to move into an apartment instead of an economy room in the basement. 3 rooms, no TV. The equipment included a microwave, kettle, refrigerator. The room is clean and hot. I had to open the windows. We had a buffet breakfast announced. All seven days of our stay, the breakfasts were not varied: eggs in different versions, rice, sausage. To be honest, it was upsetting. The hotel staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian. He is responsive to any requests.

We liked everything. The staff speaks Russian. The breakfasts are hearty. Towels were changed every day. The water is hot, no need to wait. We had a reservation for a room in the basement, but we were accommodated on the second floor at no extra charge. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and the Basilica are all very close by. The tram stop is 7 minutes away on foot if you want to go to other areas.
