ТАКОГО неуважения к клиентам не встречала в нашем городе нигде!!! Записались на пробную прическу дочери к выпускному за ДВЕ недели на 15 часов. Ребенок просидел 2 часа!!! в ожидании мастера. В итоге посадили к ученице в 17 часов Возмутительное отношение и к работе и к клиентам. Телефон был, можно было позвонить и предупредить или перенести на другое время, но нет
