One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Moscow. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the facilities are varied, the location is excellent, very close to tourist areas and all services are nearby. The reception and staff are wonderful, speak English, are always kind and smiling, and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. I still have several days left to stay and I'm very happy about it.

WiFi is too limited and is not working good Reception is not helpful , especially the guy with glasses is not a professional Breakfast is good and stuff is helpful Room services and staff are good Location is walking distance to kremlin . Bus M3 pass just 100 m from the hotel . This is ex Marriot hotel

One of the best hotel stays I had, definitely would choose again when I come to Moscow next time. The hotel is not luxurious which makes it affordable and good value for money. Moreover, what I liked the most was how friendly and helpful the entire hotel staff specially receptionists, and I would like to take this opportunity to mention two people by name Ms. Ekaterina and Mr. Igor both of them made our stay better and they go above and beyond, their efforts are really appreciated. Thank you
