We had a vacation in January 2026 Upon arrival, I really wanted to give the hotel 5 stars, but after 7 days, one significant minus for me, took away 1 star And now in order 1. The concept of the hotel and the location are amazing 10/10. You fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up with a view of the sea, which is very clearly visible through the panoramic windows. 2. The room itself is cozy, but "tired" - 8/10 The hotel was opened in 2024, but it feels like it has been renovated for 5 years, as there are untidy spots on the walls, grease stains on the floor, and holes in the ceiling. 3. Room cleaning and staff -excellent 10/10 The receptionist and the maids are very friendly and good-natured The room has all the toiletries ( razor , soap , shampoo, conditioner, gel, sewing kit , slippers), a snow-white bed , bathrobes and towels . Cleaning was done daily, carefully and thoroughly. 4. Food - breakfast - total collapse 5/10 (held at Aitar restaurant) It's so tasteless to feed in such an amazing hotel - it's very annoying I can't even call it "canteen food", even though it's hot there, but here the breakfasts were held in a cold room, where I sat in a jacket and with cold food: side dishes, omelets, fried eggs, etc. - everything that should be hot was cold Overcooked and over - dried chicken drumsticks , sausages , watery porridge , although it says on the milk, Breakfast is fine, but when the national dish khachapuri "Boat" with burnt cheese and hard-boiled egg was brought to me at the same Aitar restaurant, all questions about this institution and breakfast disappeared by themselves The food in this place is disgusting. I wish the ArtMore Hotel prosperity and to change the chef and carry out cosmetic repairs, there will be no shortage of customers.

A new, nice hotel. The main thing in my opinion is the location- right on the beach! Panoramic windows and a balcony and the sea! We were on New Year's holidays, the beach was empty, the feeling of VIP accommodation) There were very nice gifts at the check-in, tangerines at the reception. There were problems with the extra space (the cot was broken and the mattress was bad), everything was replaced. I recommend the hotel!!!

We lived for 10 days at the end of September 2025. We really liked the hotel itself. The rooms are clean, large, and have a sea view. Meals are served at the nearby Aitar restaurant. The breakfasts included in the accommodation are excellent, not a huge selection, but everything is for every taste. And sometimes we had dinner at a restaurant in the evening too. There were very few people in the evening, sometimes we were the only ones.
