Thank you so much for having a free room for a few days!! We escaped to this wonderful place from a guest house nearby. How much we enjoyed your place! Very spacious room, clean. The refrigerator was working, the kettle was working, the air conditioner was working, we never turned on the TV) we lived in a room on the second floor, the view would have been great if we had booked in advance))) the bathroom door was also not tightly closed, but this did not mar the rest in this room) we ordered breakfast once: tea, pieces of sausage, cheese, butter and loaf, rice porridge (they ask: with milk or water), pancakes with sour cream) everything is edible. And we had broth for lunch, it was delicious! We used the laundry service, everything is fine. Very polite staff! I want to come back to you!

We stayed at this hotel. I liked everything, very friendly and courteous staff, everything you need for relaxation in the room, daily cleaning, a table and two chairs on the balcony, in the evening to sit and relax after the heat of the day. We had breakfast and dinner. Everything is very tasty and varied at home, the kitchen staff are kind and polite. The hotel is located near the beach. I recommend visiting this hotel.

I have been vacationing here for 3 days (July 2025), the only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the sea, 5-7 minutes, the beach is excellent. That's all, the food is breakfast and dinner, well, so-so, there are canteens nearby. By the numbers, the views, well, I think a maximum of 4 floors is normal. The fact that tour operators offer a view of the neighboring hotel as a standard room is terrible, a view of the wall at close range and a dump of garbage and building materials, a view of the sea with a surcharge of +6400, well, if you look above, it's beautiful, but in front of the balcony there is a roof with a dump. The staff doesn't care, wf catches this feeling in the rooms, closer to the stairs, in the back rooms there is no😏. On the second day, the children's circle disappeared from the room after cleaning, of course, the receptionist did not even try to help somehow. Abkhazia is certainly a very beautiful country, it's worth going here, but not to the Artstaa hotel.
