Обратились в клинику из за укуса клеща, девочки на ресепшене, вежливые, отзывчивые. Девушка , которая принимала нас в 8 кабинете, к сожалению из за суматохи не успела спросить фамилию, просто профессионал, очень вежливая и всё быстро оформила и оказала помощь.

Клиентоориентированность на "максимум", не позвонили, а если и даже звонили, почему не отправили смс, потому что медицинский центр Созвездие делает именно так. Почему те, кто отвечает по телефону не знают до скольки принимают у них врачи. Меня записали по телефону на сегодня на 18:30, а оказалось, что врач работает до 16. Круто, ничего не сказать. Обращаться и возвращаться сюда больше не вижу смысла.
