I ordered a spare part from the Belgradskaya store, and they promised to do it by 11:30 the next day. I needed a spare part urgently, so I decided to go to the main warehouse in Drozdov (from the city center). I arrived at 9:00 and ordered, the manager told me to track it on the monitor. OK, I wait 30 minutes, 1 hour, 'the goods are being assembled,' unable to stand it, I approach the manager, and he says the spare part has been ready for a long time, how so? I go to the cashier to pay, the cost does not match, the manager made a mistake and wrote it out the wrong way. There is no way to fix everything quickly, all the circles of hell over again. A monitor, waiting, and the label 'goods are being collected.' I spent two and a half hours there. At 11:30, they call from Belgradskaya, your spare part has arrived (the guys from Belgradskaya are great, respect and respect) That's how I saved time. As a result, I spent my nerves and time and traveled a horse's distance. So much for the fully automated main warehouse.

I periodically order auto parts from this organization and once again I am convinced that all words and agreements do not work here!!! When placing an order, the staff themselves clarify and convince that the product has been sent for assembly. When you arrive, everything will be packed!!!Just pay and pick it up. But as always, the checkout informs you that the product has not been shipped for assembly, you need to wait 20-30-40 minutes. If you plan and value your time, then I do not advise contacting them, even from this point of view, that they do not give a damn about your plans!

Very bad. I placed an order for 5 items, periodically looked in the office: everything seemed to be fine, and suddenly one "cancellation" - no notification. Okay, I can believe that I can't keep an eye on every client, but I get in touch myself - they freeze. Cancelled the order on the 2nd attempt. I re-ordered with an analog of the canceled item and everything seems to be in order, but there is nothing on the delivery date, the order status is "delayed", there is no expected date and NO ONE is responding. This morning, "cancellation" for all positions and again no notifications. you have a telegram bot, but is it so difficult to send at least a standard reply that the delivery will not arrive? I hoped for "the largest distributor of spare parts in Eastern Europe," but in vain. The car has been standing for the second week (well, it's my own fault that I expected something from these loafers, yes). the year is 2026 in the yard. phones, chat rooms, and even pigeon mail. do this more often - it's good for business.
