We went there in winter. The houses are in terrible condition. It's dirty everywhere, the furniture is ruined, and it's scary to go into the shower. The cabins are heated, but it's still cool. I have no desire to go there again. The administration is friendly, they respond to requests immediately. There are no trees on the territory. The gazebo with mangalas is dirty, unkempt, the bars are almost all broken, we took our own well.

A village of wooden houses, like two apartment buildings. Cleanliness: there is a lot of female hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom, from previous clients! The dishes also had to be cleaned from traces of use. There is no Wi-Fi connection. Satellite TV, only Rashka, it's very strange in Kazakhstan! The administrator didn't bother us, and we practically didn't either!) If you take the Karkaraly guest service in general, it is in its infancy, since the first rule of hospitality is a smile (even if it is fake)! Coldness or pride, it's not about the guest service!!! Perhaps someday there will be such tourism in Kazakhstan as in Turkey, or the Emirates! But, that's a completely different story!))

A great place to relax in Karkaralinsk.! We have been going there on vacation since 2015. Usually, I try to rest in different places, for comparison, but in Arlan, I want to come back again and again. Very convenient location! Here you will find a steppe with a rich variety of grasses and wildflowers, and a forest, and mountains, and a lake, and a miner (where you can also take a walk). It is very conveniently located and everything is nearby. Well-maintained wooden houses, with all amenities at a reasonable price, friendly, sociable receptionist, there is everything on site for recreation. A great place to relax in nature!
